WORK STRATEGY
AFPRO realises that to realise its vision, it has to be sensitive to the sufferings and needs of the people whose well being depends on their access to and availability of natural resources. AFPRO Field Unit had adopted its work strategy realising the importance of maintaining organic links with grassroot Volags and organised people's groups.
AFPRO Field Unit has good working linkages with Partner Voluntary Agencies in the region. Grass root level agencies normally look towards AFPRO for various land/water/animal/tree based socio-technical interventions. Smaller NGO's depend on AFPRO for preparation of projects to be funded by suitable donors. Medium sized organisations which are around ten year old look upon AFPRO for various training inputs for specialised/innovative skills. Larger organisations contact AFPRO for consultations in networks and capacity building.
