FUND FLOW MECHANISM

• Funds will be released directly by the Govt. of India to ATMA.

• In the turn ATMA will release the funds to the district heads of line departments; BTTs/FACs; heads of KVK and ZRS.

• Heads of KVK, ZRS and BTTs will release the funds to the concerned scientists and members of BTTs.

• Separate account will be maintained in a Nationalized Bank by all funds receiving authorities.

• Every funds receiving authority will be held responsible personally for the proper maintenance of account, records and reports as per ATMA procedure.
