CORE COMPENTICES
Accordingly, the Institute has been restructured on the above lines . The Institute will undertake staff development programmes so that they are able to provide the above services . IMAGE will work with a core group of staff in the below three areas . Additional staff will be contracted in or deployed from other Department (as the case may be) to undertake additional\specialised activities .
IMAGE will work in three broad areas that are : -
(a) Training.
(b) Program Planning and Management.
(c) Monitoring and evaluation.
