Most of the land that is cultivated is used for grazing, because of more number of buffaloes in the village. In this village there are more than 1600 buffaloes almost equaling the population of the village. This village stands at the first place for the number of buffaloes it has in the whole Mandal . And thus, less land is used for growing the vegetables and paddy.
