Under NATP an autonomous body with the name Agricultural Technology Management Agency (ATMA) is registered in Prakasam district of Andhra pradesh and is operating since 2000. At present ATMA-Prakasam is operating at Prakasam bhavan from Jan 2000.

ATMA Prakasam is functioning with following staff deployed from Agriculture Department of Prakasam. Only Project Director is full timer while rest are part timer but their full time deployment is very much needed.
