ATMAGoverning Board (GB):
As per the constitution of ATMA, a policy making body i.e. AGB has been constituted with Chairmanship of District Collector and Project Director as Vice Chairman. There are official And non-official members with representation of all related line departments and NGO. So far five AGB meetings have been conducted on 29.11.2000, 7.4.2001, 27.11.2001, 6.5.2002, 29.10.2002.
ATMA Management Committee (AMC):
This has been constituted with representation from the district level Line Departments, ZRS and NGOS . The committee is chaired by Project Director ATMA .So far five AMC meetings have been conducted on 14.7.2000, 2.11.2000, 29.11.2000, 16.1.2001,2.2.2001, 27.3.2001, 5.9.2001, 19.10.2001, 29.11.2001, 27.3.2002, 27.4.2002, 20.6.2002, 22.10.2002, 10.12.2002.
Constitution of Block Technology Team ( BTT) :
In all the 12 Participating Block the BTT has been constituted with Block Agriculture officer and Block Animal Husbandry officer as chairman and vice chairman respectively . So also representation from line departments has also been ensured .
Farmers Advisory Committee (FiAC ) :
12 FACs has been constituted, one in each block with farmer Representative from various field such as crops, Horticulture, Animal husbandry, Fishery and Sericulture. Ongole, Kandukur FIACs are incharge by Assistant Directors of Animal Husbandry where as the other FIACs ( Chirala, S. konda, Addanki, Martur, Parchur, Markapur, Darsi, Giddalur, Yerragonda palem and Kanigiri ) are incharged by Assistant Director of Agriculture as officer incharges.
Farmer’s Interest Group (FIGs):
942 of FIGs have been formed by participatory efforts of ATMA with line Department and NGO Representatives. The groups have been formed as per interest of the farmers viz., Horticulture, Agriculture, Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, Sericulture etc .
Farmer’s Organisations (FOs):
More then 1,200 Former's Organisations with progressive foramers established in the district.
