Under NATP an autonomous body with the name Agricultural Technology Management Agency (ATMA) is registered in Dumka district of Jharkhand and is operating since 1998. At present ATMA-Dumka is operating at erstwhile building of Kisan Vidyapeeth from Feb 2000, situated at Dumka Aerodrome road.
ATMA Dumka is functioning with following staff deployed from Agriculture Department of Jharkhand. Only Project Director is full timer while rest are part timer but their full time deployment is very much needed.
