ATMA Governing Board (GB):
As per the constitution of ATMA, a policy making body i.e. AGB has been constituted with Chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner and DDC as Vice Chairman. There are 9 official And 8 non-official members with representation of all related line departments and NGO. Till date Four AGB meetings have been conducted on 13.11.98, 28.6.99, 24.1.2000, 3.3.2000, 3.5.2000, 10.7.2000, 18.12.2000.
ATMA Management Committee (AMC):
This has been constituted with representation from the district level Line Departments, ZRS and NGOS . The committee is chaired by Project Director ATMA . During last year Four AMC meetings have been conducted on 29.9.99, 17.1.2000, 29.2.2000, 24.4.2000, 7.7.2000, 15.12.2000.
Constitution of Block Technology Team ( BTT) :
In all the 14 Participating Block the BTT has been constituted with Block Agriculture officer and Block Animal Husbandry officer as chairman and vice chairman respectively . So also representation from line departments has also been ensured .
Farmers Advisory Committee (FAC ) :
14 FACs has been constituted, one in each block with farmer Representative from various field such as crops, Horticulture, Animal husbandry, Fishery, NRM and Sericulture. Notification of FACs is being issued very shortly .
Farmer’s Interest Group (FIGs):
133 nos. of FIGs have been formed by participatory efforts of ATMA with line Department and NGO Representatives. The groups have been formed as per interest of the farmers viz., NRM, Horticulture, Agriculture, Fisheries, Goatry, Piggery, Sericulture etc .
