Present Work
Joined MANAGE in 1989.
Involved in facilitating and conduct of training Programmes consultancy projects for the
senior level officials from agriculture and related sectors and
organisations. Planning, designing and execution of national and international training
Programmes, workshops and training -cum- study visits for foreign nations.
Coordinating training programmes targeted to state level trainees, district
collectors, PDs of DRDA and CEOs of Zilla Parishad under participatory watershed
management on the basis of new guidelines. Resource person for MANAGE training
programmes.
At present working as
Consultant in the National Agricultural Technology Project to look after the HRD
component. Responsible for organising training programmers and workshops in the areas of
particiapatory extension management; preparation of SREP and development of strategies for
marketing management for the NATP training programmes.
Major Assignments
Guiding consultancy
projects and studies on management development. The important assignments include:

the Bhuhwal Jagran Cooperative Sugar Mill, Ludhiana, Punjab.
