Profile

Joined MANAGE in 1988. Specialized in conducting training programmes on managerial skills for Agricultural Extension Management, team building and on mass media support to agricultural extension. Also conducts training in the field of participatory methodologies, management development, training of trainers and participatory watershed management with strengths in Participatory Extension Management. Offers consultancy in the areas of team building and conflict management for improving the skills of being team players and negotiation abilities.

Working as Coordinator for two years Post Graduate Programme in Agri-business Management (PGPABM). 

Work Experience:

19 years of training, research and consultancy at MANAGE. Presently working as Deputy Director (Human Resource Development).
