Profile   

Joined MANAGE in 1995. Offers consultancy in the areas of Organizational Development, Process Consultancy and Team Building to enable client organizations to implement the specific developmental projects. The consultancy activities include; the conduct of research, diagnostic workshops, orientation courses, on-site discussion, review workshops, training programmes etc.

Also teach courses on ‘Managing People’ and ‘Organizational Behavior’ for the students of PGPABM and AWASCM.

Presently working as Coordinator for one year Post Graduate Diploma in Agri-Warehousing and Supply Chain Management.

Work Experience  

Worked as Deputy Director since 1995 and Principal Coordinator (PGPABM) for five years at MANAGE. Started his career in National Institute of Rural Development (NIRD), Hyderabad as Research Associate in 1984 and Assistant Director in 1989 in the Centre for Behavioral and Organizational Development (CBOD).

• Gold Certificate under Management Development Programme in Course Designing, Course Directing, Mentoring, Project Management and Consultancy in 1993 by Coverdale Inc., London

• Silver Certificate on Principles and Practices of Management by Coverdale Inc., London in 1991
