  1. Training

  • Organized training programmes, workshops and seminars mainly in the areas of training of trainers on Training Methods and Communication Skills. Besides associated with programmes on Curriculum Development, Management Training, Training for Rural Development etc.

  • As Facilitator for Agriculture Extension Management Training Programmes (AEMTP) organized by MANAGE. As part of this, also acted as Coordinator of a Group of Facilitators for facilitating coordination with State Governments organizing courses, mentor for new facilitators etc.

  • Handling sessions on Training Methods, Lesson Plans, Adult Learning, Presentation Skills, Identification of Training Needs, Audio-Visual Aids, Evaluation of Training etc., Team Work Coordination, Delegation, Community Organization, Participatory Watershed Management, Capacity Building for Watershed Development etc.

     Experience in socio-economic research and associated with studies in various stages namely preparation of research design and tools for data collection, field data collection, tabulation and analysis besides associated in report writing of nine studies. As a part of these studies, collected data in the village in different parts of the country and conducted case studies of village level organizations such as Mahila Mandals and Yuvak Mandals etc. These apart, associated with projects such as Assessment of Vocational Training Needs of Rural Women conducted at the instance of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and Evaluation Study of Training Courses on Project Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation sponsored by the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, Study of Training Institutions for Rural Development sponsored by Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of India.
