Present Work

Joined MANAGE in 1996. Working as Senior Accountant and responsibilities include   preparation of Re-imbursement claims under the National Agricultural Technology Project (NATP) and maintenance of its Annual Accounts.

        Work Experience

Worked as Junior Stenographer in MANAGE from 1991 to 1994 in the Engineering Section.  Gained experience in   preparation of agenda and minutes for Building Committee Meeting, checking of RA Bills from the SE's office;

Worked as Junior Accountant from 1994 to 1999 and handled processing of TA bills; advances; major supplier's bills, AMC bills, monthly expenditure and annual accounts; preparation of budget and revised estimates and grants-in-aid.

        IT skill set

• Has skills in operation of  MS word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Using of readymade accounts software for preparation of Annual Accounts - 1999-2000

         Professional satisfaction

 1.  Submission of Annual Accounts to the Accountant General (AP) for their   Audit    Inspection with the use of Computer Software in the quickest time than ever before since inception of MANAGE.

2.  Preparation and submission of Reimbursement Claims under NATP by taking guidance from Ex-Consultant (Finance),NATP may be the first reimbursement claim under this project among all other centres to the Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. of India.

Training Attended

• Training Programme on Team Building Skills in MANAGE.
•  National Conference on "E-Commerce & Technologies" in SBI Staff College, Hyderabad.
