Present Work
Joined MANAGE in 1997. Involved in the Participatory Adaptive
Research Project of the ITDA in Rampachodavaram in Andhra
Pradesh. The work include improving the economic condition of
the farm families through introduction of new technologies in
mandatory crops : Animal Husbandary and Horticulture.The field
level activities consists of conducting crop component trials on
mandatory crops like wet paddy, dry paddy, jowar, bajra, ragi
and redgram in farmers' fields and horticulture development;
promotion of nutritional gardens;introduction of poultry breeds;
Promotion of organic
manure.Organises training on package of practices and exposure
visits to research stations and successful farmers.
Currently on study leave for PhD.
Work Experience

Worked as supervisor in All India Research Project for
studying the impact of
modernization in agriculture on farm women in Chittoor and
Krishna districts.

Has experience as Research Assistant in the Indo-Duch project
in the command area of Tandava Irrigation Project in Andhra
Pradesh.

Worked as PG Apprentice in National Watershed Development
program at Rajula watershed.

Served in KVK Banaganapalle in Kurnool District as Training
Assistant for Extension.

Prior to Joining MANAGE worked as Training Associate(Extension)
at KVK Jammikunta,Karimnagar District from 1993-97.
