SIAM is located in Jaipur

SIAM is located in Jaipur- the capital city of Rajasthan surronded by important educational and training institutions such as Rajasthan Agriculture University, Rajasthan University, HCM RIPA, Peddon Institute of Management, Institute of Rural Management, Institute of Development and National Institute of Agriculture Marketing is located.

Besides, above Institute of Directorate of Agriculture and land base Departments like Horticulture, watershed development and Soil Conservation, agriculture Marketing, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science and Forest are available in Jaipur so that SIAM has privilege to take services of Scientists/Officers/ Specialists of any discipline as training resource / faculty as and when required.

SIAM, prior to 1993 was working as Agriculture Training Centre so after upgradation as State Institute it required wide range change in Faculties / Infrastructures / Facilities but upgradation of physical facilities and infrastructures have been taken up step by step and it will be continued in future.

Infrastructure:

SIAM has every facility to organise training programs, seminars and workshops along with modern equipment for teaching and training such as OHP, slide and film projector, LCD projector with automatic copy brand digitial scanner, heaving Digital Scanner, Heavy duty photocopiers. Some of the facilities included:

An A/C Conference Hall which can accommodate 100 people
An A/C Auditorium which can accommodate 175 people.
Four Class Rooms with modern audio visual aids.
Recreation Hall for 130 persons
Well maintained Hostel with provision for more than1850 beds and few VIP rooms.
