Training Goals
To discuss the standard of input and its management to produce the crop as per the demand of market , the following Goals of can be identified to plan the training programmes at SIAM.
To design and conduct the different courses for the officers of Agriculture department and land base and allied departments of Rajasthan to upgrade the knowledge , skill and management capabilities in different dimensions of agriculture.
To plan and organise trainings related to extension, its management and also to develop skill in planning that is effecting the optimum utilisation of Human resources.
To design and conduct the different courses for the participants of different states on the aspects of successful crop production methodology and allied agriculture aspects in which Rajasthan is having enough resources and to undertake consultancies for other institutions and organisations of agriculture management.
To collaborate and organise training in the Agriculture and allied communication with the help of ultra modern computerised system.
To design and organise professional courses in agriculture, may be short and long term for the benefit of unemployed agriculture under graduates and prescribe guidelines, norms and regulations in all the agricultural training at Zonal / Divisional and Cluster HQ. And KVK’s in Rajasthan.
To organise workshop, conference to solve the unsolved questions on modern agriculture in the benefit of the Rajasthan State and conclude their impact to communicate the farmers.
