The vast knowledge and decades of experience by the retired professionals from state departments, state agricultural universities, ICAR Institutions, Krish Vigyan Kendras (KVKs), research organisations, NGOs and agri-business sector will play an important role in transforming agriculture in the country. Realising the important role of retired professionals in agricultural development, MANAGE aims to create a Database of Retired Professionals for Agricultural Development to create a pool of experts for utilising their services for implementing government programs /schemes, action research, training programs, consultancy, policy advocacy initiatives and many more under SEVA-MANAGE (Service Extension through Voluntary Association – MANAGE).
