MANAGE believes that the retired professionals in the field of Agriculture and Allied Sectors have rich experience and energy to contribute for Agricultural Development in India. The vast knowledge and decades of experience by the retired professionals from state departments, state agricultural universities, ICAR Institutions, Krish Vigyan Kendras (KVKs), research organisations, NGOs and agri-business sector will play an important role in transforming agriculture in the country. Realising the important role of retired professionals in agricultural development, MANAGE aims to create a Database of Retired Professionals for Agricultural Development to create a pool of experts for utilising their services for implementing government programs /schemes, action research, training programs, consultancy, policy advocacy initiatives and many more under SEVA-MANAGE (Service Extension through Voluntary Association – MANAGE).
