MANAGE-CIA conducts various type of workshops to support agri-startups and Agri startup Ecosystem.

Types of Webinars-

(A) “Goal and Milestone Setting for Scaling Up” workshop for agri-startups

(B) Workshop to track the status of “Effective Grant and Fund Utilization” in milestones achievement by agri-startups.

(C) Annual workshops on Capacity building for “RKVY-RAFTAAR Agribusiness Incubators (RABIs)” associated with MANAGE-CIA

(D) Workshop for “Investor Meet” to support agri-startups

Aim of the Workshop
The aim of the Workshops is to support Agri-Startups right from setting up milestones for accelerating their growth and to build the capacity of RABIs to support their incubated startups, and to connect with different investors to open funding opportunities for agri-startup.

Objectives of the Workship

• To guide agri-startups in setting clear goals and milestones for sustainable growth and scalability.
• To assess and enhance the effective utilization of grants and funds by agri-startups for milestone achievement.
• To build the capacity of RKVY-RAFTAAR Agribusiness Incubators (RABIs) in providing strategic support to their incubatees.
•  To facilitate investor-startup connections and open avenues for funding and investment opportunities.

Milestone achieved so far
Top 4 innovator participants will receive technical and financial assistance, with up to ₹4 lakh as a one-time fund. Winning agri-business ideas get exclusive incubation preference at MANAGE-CIA, including expert mentorship and business development support. Participants also gain enhanced networking opportunities and may be eligible for funding based on evaluation by the MANAGE-CIA selection committee.

Evaluation Criteria
Since 2020, MANAGE-CIA has successfully organized a total of nine specialized workshops aimed at strengthening the growth and sustainability of agri-startups. These include:

• Five workshops focused on “Goal and Milestone Setting for Scaling Up”, as well as “Effective Grant and Fund Utilization”in their milestone’s achievement by incubated agri-startups.
• Two dedicated workshops conducted exclusively for the RKVY-RAFTAAR Agribusiness Incubators (RABIs) associated with MANAGE-CIA, promoting capacity building and strategic guidance.
• Two Investor Meet workshops, designed to facilitate meaningful interactions between agripreneurs and potential investors, thereby enhancing fundraising opportunities and strategic partnerships.

These initiatives reflect MANAGE-CIA’s commitment to nurturing a vibrant agripreneurial ecosystem through targeted mentorship, capacity building, and investor connectivity.
