Esnart Kalunga I am FarzonaAnoyatshoeva from Tajikistan. I am a teacher of Management and Marketing at Khorog State University, Tajikistan. I had the opportunity to participate in an international training program at MANAGE, Hyderabad. I thoroughly enjoyed the program and gained a wealth of knowledge from it.

Every day during the two-week program, I visited many interesting and important places such as enterprises, greenhouses, agricultural fields, film screening centres, gardens, and more.

I am sincerely grateful to Director Dr. Saravanan Raj and the entire MANAGE team for organizing such a valuable program. It was a truly enriching experience, and I acquired a great deal of knowledge and practical insights.

In the future, I look forward to continuing our partnership with the Institute of International Management.
