To strengthen the human resource base, which in turn supports and empowers FPOs to fulfil their mandates and achieve sustainable development for their farmer members
Objectives
To enhance the skills of extension functionaries by providing training and developing middle level extension officers to have improved skills and knowledge
To showcase innovative marketing strategies and business approaches to FPO members
To conduct field level action research to address practical challenges faced by farmers and FPOs
Providing consultancy services to development agencies, state governments and others who are involved in the formation and promotion of FPOs
