The employees of MANAGE should follow the provisions contained in the Service bye Laws and Financial Bye Laws of the Institution. Where a doubt persists in any area of administrative / financial matters in discharging the function, a reference is made to the Executive Council / Ministry of Agriculture for obtaining necessary guidance and instructions.
