1.Global and Country Climate Change Scenarios – Concept of Climate smart Agriculture 2. Climate Change implications on Soil and Water Resources 3. Conservation Agriculture – as a mitigation option for Climate change 4. Organic Farming for climate resilient agriculture 5. Good Agricultural Practices in various crops to cope up with climate change 6. Residues management in paddy and cotton for enhancement of soil fertility and environmental safety 7. In-situ and ex-situ practices for Soil and Water Conservation in Rainfed Areas 8. Green House Gas (GHG) emissions and its implications on Global Farming 9. Natural Resource Management Practices for Sustainable Production 10. Integrated farming system: A way for sustainability and food security 11. Rain water harvesting: A boon for productivity in rainfed areas

Methodology

:

1. Course will be offered online through WebEx Platform 2. The content will be delivered through live online sessions, presentations and live interactions. 3. WebEx link will be sent to the registered candidates 4. Program period –3 days from 05 - 07 October, 2023 5. It will be followed by an online Examination on 07October2023 6. On the last day, candidates will have to appear for the objective type exam (Multiple Choice Questions) 7. Candidates with a score of more than 50% marks and 75 per cent of attendance will get the Participation certificate
