To function as a hub in MANAGE to collect, organise and disseminate knowledge on agricultural innovations to all MANAGE stakeholders and organisations by providing seamless access to the best knowledge resources, fostering continuous learning, capacity improvement and better informed decision-making.

To facilitate the efficient sharing and dissemination of knowledge across the organization to ensure that relevant information reaches the right people at the right time.
To function as Institutional Repository to collect, organise, store and dissimilate organisation’s knowledge.
To undertake the training and capacity development of agricultural extension functionaries, information, documentation & communication professionals for effective transfer of agricultural knowledge
To design and produce information services, publications and other learning resources
To undertake outreach activities in order to improve the visibility and impact of organisation’s efforts.

Maintaining physical and digital resources, including books, journals, databases, and multimedia resources, to meet the diverse informational needs of users.
Providing library and documentation services to all MANAGE stakeholders on agricultural extension management.
Publishing of Institute’s publications – journals, reports, magazines newsletters, courses and promotional material.
Design and production of educational videos for MOOCs programs, projects and Govt. of India Schemes.
Disseminating Institute’s information through print, electronic and social media platforms in order to outreach to all stakeholders.
