Present Work

Dr Shalendra has joined MANAGE on 4th December 2017 and is placed at the Centre for Supply Chain Management and Marketing in Agricultural Extension. Before joining MANAGE, he has worked at Institutes like CCS National Institute of Agricultural Marketing, Jaipur and Directorate of Marketing and Inspection, Faridabad. He has been associated with training, research and consultancies in the field of Supply Chain Management and Marketing in Agricultural Extension. He has developed and organized numerous capacity building programs on different aspects of agricultural marketing like new dimensions of agricultural marketing, national agricultural market and value chain management. He has also been associated with more than fifteen research studies. He has also contributed in various institutional building and networking activities.

He has completed his PhD degree in Agricultural Economics from G B Pant University of Agricultural and Technology, Pantnagar and MSc (Ag) and BSc (Ag) Degrees from CSA University of Agriculture and Technology, Kanpur. He was awarded with Jawaharlal Nehru Award for Outstanding Post-Graduate Agricultural Research by Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), New Delhi for the year 2005. He has published more than 20 research articles, book chapters and training manuals.
