Objectives

:

To refresh the knowledge of Extension professionals, faculty, Research scholars and students on Innovative Skill Based Animal Husbandry & Allied Practices for sustainable Entrepreneurship through holistic development of Extension organizations.

Content

:

The content of the training program will be designed to fulfil the needs of the participants, as they are working on Innovative Skill Based Animal Husbandry & Allied Practices for effective Entrepreneurship and livelihood empowerment of stakeholders in holistic socio-economic development through facing several challenges as- scarce natural resources, reduced production & productivity, climate change etc. in present day context. The tentative topic to be delivered as- Scientific Animal Husbandry Practices, Goat-Sheep Husbandry, Improved Backyard Poultry & Duck farming, Advances in Disease Management, prevention , Zoonosis, IFS farming, Entrepreneurship development etc.

Methodology

:

1. Course will be offered through online live sessions and the link will be sent to the participants e-mail 2. Selection of candidates: The participants will be selected as per the eligibility defined for the programme 3. Last Date for Applying online: 18th August , 2024, 5:30 pm 4. Online examination: An online examination will be conducted on 23rd August, 2024, 4:00-4:30 pm in which the participants has to respond 20 MCQ questions through Google forms. 5. Issuing of certificate A digital certificate will be issued to the participants after fulfilling following criteria * Full time attendance * Minimum 50% score in online exam 6. Program Feedback: The participants have to rate each session as a feedback which will be incorporated through online mode
