• To refresh the knowledge of field veterinarians, and veterinary extension professionals. Students and other stakeholders on recent approaches for the management of camel healthcare and nutrition for improved productivity.

Fodder production and pasture management for camel 5. Drug formulations and their administration to camel 6. First aid and health emergencies management in camel 7. Diagnosis and management of important viral diseases of camel 8. Diagnosis and management of important parasitic diseases of camel 9. Hematology and serum biochemistry profile for disease diagnosis and monitoring 10. Importance of camel in one health program 11. Basic and applied aspects of vaccination in camel 12. Recent biotechnological tools available for disease diagnosis in camel. 13. Management of dairy camel and clean milk production 14. Rational use of antibiotics and NSAIDS in camel 15. Management of climatic stress for improved health and production 16. Quality checking of milk and milk products 17. Innovations in agricultural extension and MANAGE initiatives

Methodology

:

1. The course will be offered through online live sessions and the link will be sent to the participant's e-mail. 2. Selection of candidates: The participants will be selected as per the eligibility defined for the program 3. Last Date for Applying online: 25th May 2024, 5:30 pm 4. Online examination: An online examination will be conducted on 30th May 2024, 4:30-5:00 pm in which the participants have to respond to 25 multiple choice questions through Google Forms. 5. Issuing of certificate A digital certificate will be issued to the participants after fulfilling the following criteria * Full-time attendance * Minimum 40% score in online exam 6. Program Feedback: The participants have to rate each session as feedback which will be incorporated through online mode
