Present Work

Joined MANAGE in 1998. Working as Assistant Director (Official Language) with the responsibilities of translation of English versions of EC/GC material, MANAGE Bulletin, Annual Accounts, Annual Report, Audit Report, Training invitation letters and other official documents as and when required.

Work experience

  • Worked as Jr. Lecturer (Hindi) in Sultan-ul-uloom Education Society during 1994-98.
  • Coordinated MANAGE PGDAEM program from its launching year 2007 to 2010
  • Worked as Hindi Instructor in Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy on deputation from October 2010 – November 2013 with the responsibility to teach Hindi to the IPS probationers and to look after the implementation of Official Language policy in the Academy.
  • 25 years of experience as Senior Translator in MANAGE with additional responsibilities in administrative works as per institutional requirements.

Training and Teaching

  • Regularly organises Hindi Workshops to MANAGE staff to refresh their Hindi Language skills so that they can use Hindi in noting and drafting.
  • Coordinates to nominate MANAGE staff to undergo obligatory Hindi classes organised by Hindi Teaching Scheme, Dept. of Official Language, Govt. of India.
  • Takes sessions as guest speaker in workshops and seminars in other organizations like MIDHANI, Income Tax office, South Central Railway, ESIC, AMD, University of Hyderabad, REC, DRDL, SVPNPA, ICM, NIPHM, NIAB etc.
  • Organized a paid course on writing skills with the title ‘हिन्दी में तकनीकी साहित्य का सृजन और उसका विस्तृत संचार: कृषि साहित्य के विशेष संदर्भ में’ on 09-12-2015
